Reports to: Clinical Nurse Coordinator
General Description
The Dialysis Staff Nurse is a Registered Professional Nurse who works under the supervision of the clinical care coordinator and/or dialysis charge nurse. He/She administers high quality standards of Nursing Care to the dialysis patients. He/She utilizes Standard of Clinical Practice for Nephrology Nursing. His/Her primary responsibility is to provide the patient with a safe and effective dialysis treatment. He/She will utilize the Nursing process to coordinate the dialysis patient's care: Assessment, Planning, Implementation and Evaluation. He/She will communicate with clinical care coordinator/charge nurse with regard to patient's condition and tolerance of dialysis treatments. He/She will assist with maintenance of dialysis machinery.

Position Qualifications:
Salary: $42.00 - $46.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.50 per week

Requirements
Position Qualifications:
- New York State RN License, Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program
- 1 year recent experience in a chronic dialysis setting
- Req. Certification/Registration: BLS
Salary: $42.00 - $46.00 per hour
