Job Title: Deposit Operations Specialist
What you will bring:
The Operations Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of duties in support of the Deposit Operations function, including coordinating activities within the department and with other units, reporting relevant information to the immediate supervisor, and responding to inquiries and request or information.
Essential Duties
- Performs Net Settlement
- Performs Uploads and Data Entry to Clients Accounts
- Provide Customer service and resolve queries over the telephone.
- Maintains filing systems per record retention regulations.
- Maintains Confirms.com
- Performs CD’s Opening and Maturities
- Maintains Verifying Opening of Deposit Accounts
Requirements
Basic Qualifications/Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in related positions required
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Moderate typing and computer skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with bank employees and customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail while handling multiple tasks
- Strong verbal, mathematical and organizational skills
- Visual and auditory skills
