We have an opportunity for you to really show your abilities to:

• Provide superior customer service to our customers via walk-in, phone and email interactions
• Work with technicians in fulfilling parts' needs for repairs
• Provide follow-up to customers on the status of parts orders
• Provide Corporate Parts Manager with feedback on reorder points, parts sales, etc.
• Pull/pack/ship outbound order
• Check in/put up stock orders
• Cycle counts
• Help unload freight in warehouse
• Backup driver/close range driver
• File invoices
• Payment collections of counter sales

Requirements

• Prior experience working parts orders (automotive, industrial, construction, etc.) is preferable
• Experience with heavy equipment or forklift parts definitely helps but this can be taught
• Computer experience including Word, Excel, Outlook, and various vendor portals
• Desire to help our customers and technicians get equipment repaired and running in a timely manner
• Working knowledge of reading schematics, blueprints, etc.
• Willingness to learn and think outside the box
