Cleaner/Janitor

*Job Overview*

We are seeking a reliable Cleaner to join our team. The Ideal candidate will ensure trailers are Kept Clean, organized and sanitary for on-site staff.

*Duties*

- Clean and sanitize designated Construction site areas such as site trailers, offices, etc.

- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors

- Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste

- Restocking supplies in bathrooms and common areas

- Performing minor maintenance activities

- Following cleaning schedules and procedures

*Requirements*

- Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is preferred

- Familiarity with custodial duties and facilities maintenance

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards

- Capability to work independently or as part of a team

-Organize common areas to maintain a professional work environment

- Able to undergo Background check and drug test
