We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Full-Time RN/LPN Unit Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and leadership skills, along with experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain the health and well-being of residents on the unit
Serve as a primary point of contact for residents and their families
Address and help prevent concerns from residents and family members
Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
Supervise, coach, and provide direction or disciplinary action to nursing staff when needed.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and policies
Provide hands-on nursing care and medication administration as required
Compensation
$41 - $45/hr and is determined by experience

Qualifications
Current and active New Jersey RN/LPN License
Previous nursing home management/supervisory experience required
