About this role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will work directly with individuals receiving ABA therapy. During direct service implementation, you can expect to work with clients on improving communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavior challenges. Joining a small team, you can expect high quality supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to ensure the most effective delivery of ABA programming. Working with small teams ensures that all supervision needs will be met. Additionally, Atlantic Coast ABA prides itself on training RBT's not just how to implement quality programming, but give RBT's the clinical training they need to become successful and competent BCBA's (if desired).

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician credential through the BACB, in good standing.
- Work 1:1 with Atlantic Coast ABA clients receiving ABA therapy.
- Electronic data collection (training provided on this prior to start)
- Completion of SOAP session notes following conclusion of each session (training provided on this prior to start)
- Strong and frequent communication with the lead BCBA-D regarding all client updates
- Provide ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings as directed by the lead BCBA
- Flexibility to work at multiple locations throughout the work day
- Clear Level 2 background screening

Requirements:
- Current RBT certification (Required)
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma (college graduate or some college experience is preferred).
- Previous work experience with children with developmental disabilities.
- Experience working with children between the ages of 2-18.
