Job Responsibilities:
The Service Advisor plays a critical role in building strong customer relationships and selling the technicians' time. Key responsibilities include:
- Consulting and interpreting customer needs for the mechanics
- Serving as the primary point of contact for all automotive service and repair matters
- Prioritizing required services and providing options upon request
- Keeping customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
- Ensuring a positive dealership experience by providing the highest level of customer service
- Demonstrating knowledge of our products and being able to answer questions regarding customer vehicles
