Responsibilities
- Perform Exercise Stress Test, Nuclear Stress Test,Pet Scan.
- Administer medications and injections accurately, including IV , following strict and safety protocols.
- Assist with complex procedures such as Loop Recorders, suturing, wound care, Varithena treatments.
- Monitor patients’ INR.
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists in areas of cardiology.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical documentation and safeguarding patient confidentiality at all times.
- Making phone calls to patients, filling out disabilty paperwork,Prior Authorization.
Requirements
- Valid RN license in good standing with relevant state licensing boards.
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding, and diagnostic evaluation procedures.
- Hands-on experience with IV insertion, phlebotomy, specimen collection/processing, and infection control practices.
- Excellent patient assessment skills combined with the ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations confidently while demonstrating compassionate communication and teamwork skills.
