Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients and new leads that are provided for you. Your primary focus will be on promoting our Hurricane protection and decorative products through effective territory management and account management strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze customer needs to deliver tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
- Meet with provided qualified leads as well as work to generate new leads and establish new client relationships.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for upselling.
- Manage assigned territory effectively, ensuring coverage of all potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility.
- Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting progress.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales.
- Construction or hurricane protection knowledge a plus.
- Strong ability to identify customer's needs and offer our products that are best suited for their needs and budget.
- Demonstrated success in upselling products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Excellent territory management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and follow up effectively.
- Ability to ASK for the sale and work through customer concerns so they are confident in the choices they are making.
