Compensation
- Base pay (hourly or salary, depending on experience)
- Commission and performance-based bonuses
- Expected total earnings: $70,000 – $90,000 annually
- This is not a commission-only position
- Perform in-home water testing and evaluations
- Educate homeowners on water quality and system performance
- Recommend customized water treatment solutions
- Prepare estimates and close sales
- Build trust through clear, professional communication
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, and company-provided opportunities
- Manage appointments and schedule independently
- Base pay commission bonus opportunities

- Sales, customer service, hospitality, canvassing, or in-home services experience
- Ability to travel locally to customer homes throughout the workday
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 25–50 lbs) as needed
- Ability to use hands and arms to operate testing equipment and demonstrate products
- Ability to perform job duties in a residential environment
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Field-based role working in residential customer homes
- Local travel required
