Position Summary
As a Field Service Technician, you will maintain and service electronic Bingo equipment including handheld electronic gaming units, ensure 100% customer satisfaction, and assist other Field Service Technicians as necessary. You will service customers in MD, VA, WV, PA, DE and NJ. Your typical day will begin mid-morning and end in the early evening hours. However, you must have the flexibility to work outside of these hours.

Primary Roles And Responsibilities
- Repair/Maintenance of electronic gaming devices and other Bingo equipment.
- Equipment installation, light mechanical refurbishing, maintain preventative maintenance schedules.
- Customer service.
- Assisting in tech sales as needed.
Requirements, Experience and Education
- High school diploma / GED equivalent.
- Basic electronics, PC knowledge, and networking knowledge.
- Microsoft applications and Windows knowledge.
- You will be required to obtain a Maryland Lottery Tech License.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be self-motivated, self-sufficient, and able to follow directions.
- Must be able to work into the early evening hours and weekends as needed.
- Service locations are located throughout the Mid-Atlantic area. You must be open to driving distances and periodic overnight stays. Be a Road Warrior!!
- You will be required to obtain a Maryland Lottery Tech License
