We are seeking a detail-oriented and intellectually driven Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team at one of aviation's most prestigious Fixed Base Operations. Responsibilities

  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures. Work with cross-functional teams including regional finance and operations personnel to assess impact on future results.
  • Prepare standard monthly reporting and ad hoc analysis for distribution to Atlantic senior management
  • Evaluate complex financial information to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to leadership for decision making
  • Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives
  • Provide analysis and assistance where needed with respect to monthly financial close
  • Oversee and manage the continued development of the budgeting, financial forecasting, and operating performance review process.
  • Track and forecast capital expenditures across the company to ensure that capital deployment is at targeted levels
  • Assist with special projects as requested

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP, BI, and Planning tools a plus
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
