Job Responsibilities
General Duties:- Represent Atlantic central support and our brand professionally at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality of our business and customers
- Drive online presence to promote our business to a wider audience.
- Marketing and Sales support to help drive revenue and growth.
- Find creative solutions to problems and develop innovative ideas using forward thinking (including AI)
- Demonstrate passion for marketing, communications, and the customer experience.
- Leverage tools and technology, including AI, in the creation of high quality, engaging content for various digital channels, including website, social media, email, and more.
- Lead ongoing strategy, development and content management of company websites and customer portal.
- Manage and grow social media presence, create engaging posts, and interact with followers and industry community to increase brand engagement
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking
- Manage and update online information for all Atlantic locations on multiple online sites and through listings platform (optimize use of platform)
- Manage and execute operational advisories on website and through email alerts
- Create, plan, update, and execute an organized ongoing social media content calendar
- Assist with creation of marketing, sales, and business development flyers, brochures, decks, and other collateral and assistance with special projects as needed
- Ensure that our key messages and brand identity are consistent, clear, and compelling across all external channels
- Measure the effectiveness of external marketing and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis
- Build and maintain relationships and familiarity with all Atlantic locations in order to market and create content effectively
- Monitor and listen online for negative reviews and mentions and escalate appropriately
Required Skills and Qualifications
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field; or combined equivalent education and work experience
- 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, including website, online presence, email, and social media
- Proficient in social media strategy and management
- High proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and other AdobeCreative Suite applications
- Self-motivated, creative thinker, and a team player
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organization and project management skills
- Experience with photography and/or videography a plus
- Flexible work schedule which may include working after hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be present in-office a minimum of 4 days a week
- Occasional travel expected.
