Genesis of the North Shore, part of the Atlantic Auto group family, is seeking an experienced Highline Fleet Manager to oversee our expanding highline broker sales division.
We’re looking for a confident, well-connected automotive professional with deep relationships in the highline and luxury broker community — someone who can bring established contacts, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for the Genesis brand.
🔹 Responsibilities- Manage and grow our highline broker sales operations
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing highline brokers
- Source, price, and allocate Genesis vehicles for fleet/broker clients
- Oversee all highline fleet transactions from inquiry to delivery
- Work directly with management to maximize broker volume and profit
- Minimum 3 years of highline or luxury fleet/broker experience
- Proven book of active highline brokers
- Strong knowledge of highline inventory sourcing and sales processes
- Excellent communication and follow-through skills
- Professional, team-oriented, and results-driven
- Competitive salary commission structure 100-200k
