Responsibilities
- Assist customers in vehicle selection based on their needs and preferences
- Present and explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
- Conduct test drives in a professional and safe manner
- Negotiate and close sales in a clear, ethical, and customer-first manner
- Guide customers through the delivery process, ensuring complete satisfaction
- Maintain thorough and accurate sales documentation
- Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and dealership processes
- Participate in training and team meetings; mentor new team members as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Prior sales experience preferred (any industry); auto sales a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Used Car Salesperson to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a competitive, fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping customers find the right pre-owned vehicle.
As a Used Car Salesperson, you'll play a key role in generating leads, building lasting customer relationships, and closing deals. You’ll work with a diverse inventory of quality pre-owned vehicles, supported by a strong marketing team and management structure that helps you succeed.

Qualifications
