We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (OFCI- Data Center) to join our team in Cartersville, Georgia.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the OFCI master schedule, including procurement milestones, factory witness testing, logistics, delivery sequencing, installation windows, and commissioning readiness.
• Lead recurring vendor check ins to monitor manufacturing progress, submittal status, and delivery commitments.
• Ensure all vendor documentation—submittals, O&M manuals, shop drawings, warranty information—is delivered, reviewed, and approved on time.
• Coordinate interface points between OFCI equipment and contractor installed systems (electrical, mechanical, controls, network, security, etc.).
• Facilitate resolution of technical issues, design clarifications, and field conflicts related to OFCI scope.
• Manage and develop OFCI project engineer
• Authority:
• You have authority to stop the job if you feel there is an unsafe work practice which could result in a risk of injury, have an environmental impact or risk to equipment and other personnel.
• Carry out your duties to meet Quality, Safety and Environmental requirements at all times.

Requirements

• 5 years’ experience in Project Management on large construction projects
• Strong experience on Data Center ideally, or Pharma / Biotech / Life Sciences might be considered.
• Demonstrated knowledge of OFCI tracking, maintaining & developing the OFCI Master schedule
• Experience with inspections, testing, and quality verification
• Exposure to commissioning and system handover processes
