We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in the USA. You will be responsible for overseeing lightening protection projects across multiple states
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee installation of lightning protection systems in compliance with national standards.
- Coordinate with general contractors, architects, structural engineers, and electrical trades to ensure proper system integration.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and procurement of materials (air terminals, conductors, grounding systems, bonding components).
- Conduct site visits to monitor installation quality, safety compliance, and adherence to design specifications.
- Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and as-built documentation.
- Facilitate inspections and certifications with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) and third-party inspectors.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, including design conflicts and site-specific grounding challenges.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety requirements.

- You have authority to stop the job if you feel there is an unsafe work practice which could result in a risk of injury, have an environmental impact or risk to equipment and other personnel.
- Carry out your duties to meet Quality, Safety and Environmental requirements at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with lightning protection or electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of NFPA 780, UL 96A, grounding systems, and bonding practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and electrical schematics.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and subcontractors.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA 30 certification required
