CNC Programmer

Description

GranCo is seeking an experienced Countertop CNC Programmer to support our fabrication operation in McDonough. This role is responsible for converting completed templates and project information into accurate production-ready programs that drive efficient fabrication and installation.

We're looking for someone who understands countertop fabrication, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys solving problems before they reach the production floor.

Requirements

What You'll Do

• Import and prepare template files using Alphacam software.
• Review templates, drawings, photos, and project documentation for accuracy.
• Verify seam locations, overhangs, backsplashes, cutouts, and fabrication requirements.
• Create production-ready CNC programs and fabrication files.
• Generate shop drawings, cut files, labels, and production documentation.
• Maintain accurate job records and production data.
• Collaborate with templators, production teams, and operations leadership.
• Identify and resolve issues before fabrication begins.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 2 years of CNC programming, countertop fabrication, templating, or related manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Alphacam or similar CAD/CAM software preferred.
• Strong understanding of stone fabrication processes.
• Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and construction plans.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
