Position Overview:
ASG is offering a few positions that may fit your leadership style and highlight your strengths. We are offering Recreational Coordinator/Director, Camp Coordinator/Director, and Lead Front Desk Management. We have over 750 kids in our gymnastics programs and there is ample room to grow with hours and management opportunities.
Head Coach/Coordinator responsibilities are developed on an individual basis, and are created organically based on the needs of the specific program and the strengths of the applicant.

Desired Skills and abilities.
- Ability to assist the program coordinator/manager with duties including but not limited to practices, training, setting up lesson plans, athlete management and skill assessment scheduling.
- Team player, able to offer and accept productive feedback.
- Lead a group of 8 kids independently in a safe, positive, fun-filled environment using our Recreational Curriculum and/or Team Progression goals.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with management, program participants, parents, coworkers, and community partners.
- Positive attitude with staff, students, and parents.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Must have the physical capacity to be on your feet throughout full 3-6 hour shifts and the strength required to provide spotting to students as needed per the level/skills you will coach.
- First Aid and CPR certified, or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire.
- USAG Professional or instructor certified, or able to obtain within 90 days of hire.
Experience and Qualifications
Camp Coordinator/Director
2 years or more of youth sports and/or gymnastics instructor experience or 5 years or more of teaching or youth instruction in schools or daycares is required.
Recreational Coordinator/ Director :
3 years or more of team gymnastics coaching experience or 6 years or more of recreational gymnastics coaching experience is required.
- Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends
