Role Overview
The Clinic Manager position combines patient care with leadership responsibilities. This role is ideal for an experienced leader or a physical therapist ready to step into management. You will maintain a normal outpatient orthopedic caseload while overseeing clinic operations and guiding your team.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Management
- Supervise and mentor physical therapists and support staff
- Provide direct patient care and treatment planning
- Ensure accurate and compliant clinical documentation
- Support a collaborative and positive clinic environment
Administrative & Operational
- Oversee daily operations, budgeting, and compliance with regulations
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Conduct monthly staff meetings and one-on-one check-ins
- Build relationships with referring physicians and community partners
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies

License & Experience
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Active Georgia PT license (or pending)
- Strong clinical skills and interest in leadership
