What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trash Porter position at Atlanta Porter Services LLC?
We are seeking a couple of workers to maintain the exterior appearance of a portfolio of commercial properties in the Howell Mill area. The Porter will be responsible for keeping the parking lots clear of litter, emptying and relining communal trash containers, maintaining of trash dumpster areas, leaf blowing, and reporting any illegal dumping to management. There are additional opportunities to earn extra income by hauling bulk items from the property and other properties in the area as needed if you have a pickup truck.
This is completed in the early hours of the morning Monday - Sunday. Weekly pay. Someone living in the Howell Mill area close to this zip code would be perfect.
Key Responsibilities:
Sweep, blow, and maintain parking lots
Collect and dispose of on site trash and litter
Maintain dumpster areas
Report illegal dumping to management
Other cleaning duties as assigned
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
Must have reliable transportation
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
