What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Sales Manager (Roofing) position at Atlanta Metro Roofing?
Looking for an experienced Outside Sales/Canvassing Manager to hire, develop and oversee reps. This is not a work from home/remote position.
Base plus commissions!
Duties:
- -Manager will interview and hire canvassers.
- -Manager will develop and train canvassers in the field.
- -Map out areas for your team to go door to door.
Qualifications:
- -Must have prior sales experience (a minimum of one year).
- -Must be clean cut and professional
- -Must have own vehicle
- -Must have great communication skills
Salary is based on experience bonuses are based on performance. Ability to sell!
