About the Role
Economy Hotel Dublin is seeking a reliable, responsible, and hands-on On-Site Manager to join our team. This unique position requires various 24-hour on-site shifts with scheduled days off. The On-Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing hotel operations, maintaining guest satisfaction, and ensuring a safe and clean environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-site representative of hotel management during assigned shifts
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance coordination
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Ensure property cleanliness, safety, and security standards are maintained
- Handle check-ins/outs and monitor reservations as needed
- Report operational updates and incidents to senior management
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Flexible availability for 24-hour on-site shifts (with days off in between)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned property (Dublin or Montgomery)
