We're recruiting of experienced Harley-Davidson Hourly, Flat Rate and Master Service Technicians to join our team. Technicians receive on-site support from a dedicated dispatcher, dedicated parts to service liaison, service technician assistants and state of the art service facilities. This allows our teams of technicians to be some of the highest producing teams in the country. Hourly Techs have the opportunity to work 40 hour plus overtime when applicable. Flat Rate and Master Service Techs will have the opportunity to make the most billed hours in the area. Current technicians are billing over 300 hours per month at our stores across the nation. For our seasonal stores, we offer a WINTER GUARANTEE to ensure year-round employment.

Training is as important to us as it is to you and our Technician Program gives you continued on-site HDU training, dealership experience and one off-site HDU training per year, all expenses paid.

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

• MMI or equivalent Harley-Davidson Certifications a plus.
• At least 2 years or more of Motorcycle/Powersports dealership experience.
• Harley-Davidson Master Level Certifications.
• Dependable, organized and self-motivated.
• Own your tools to perform the tasks required at your proficiency level.
• Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement.
• Proficiency on multiple lifts.
• Minimal comebacks.
• Focus on quality and customer service.
• Organization and attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
