Job Description

This sales representative will play a key role in driving new business development and building lasting client relationships. Daily tasks include sales presentations, territory management, and client communication to meet sales targets. This person will identify and deliver tailored sales solutions while representing our company with energy and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in direct sales, retail sales or customer service roles
  • Self motivated with results driven mindset
  • Communication skills
  • Proven negotiation and customer service skills
  • Experience in territory management
  • Strong background in sales and account management
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and technology sales
  • Knowledge of business development

Responsibilities of the Sales Representative Role

  • Prospect and generate new leads
  • Sales presentations and demonstrate products/services to potential customers
  • Territory management
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and understanding their business needs
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sales goals are met
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Salesforce
  • Coach and develop a small to medium size team of 10-20
  • Plan and execute national conference calls and annual team events
