Ideal Candidate:
You are:
- Friendly, articulate, and professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage scheduling, calls, and patient check-ins with ease.
- Comfortable talking about dental treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients.
- Excited by commission-based income and motivated to perform at a high level.
- Experienced in dental front office work (preferred), but we’re open to training the right candidate with strong communication and sales/customer service experience. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome patients warmly and manage check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle phone calls, scheduling, insurance verifications, and patient inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Present treatment plans and assist patients with scheduling their care.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to keep patient flow running smoothly.
- Play an active role in converting new patient inquiries into scheduled appointments, directly impacting both practice growth and your own commission income.
