Associate Dentist Opportunity (2–3 Years Out minimum)
Train With Intention. Grow With Support. Practice With Purpose.
“Happiness is not in the mere possession of money; it lies in the joy of achievement, in the thrill of creative effort.” — Franklin D. Roosevelt
About Our Practice
We are a well-established, community-based dental practice with a over 20 year patient base, offering a truly neighborly, down-to-earth environment. With 500 five-star Google reviews, we’ve built a proven track record of supporting our patients, our team, and our doctors—even through challenging times.
Our practice has remained busy, stable, and well-supported, including throughout the pandemic and other battle tested times.. More importantly, we’ve maintained a culture where people enjoy coming to work, feel respected, and are invested in one another’s success.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a dentist 2–3 years out of school who:
- Holds themselves to a high clinical and personal standard
- Wants to become an exceptional dentist, not just stay busy
- Values mentorship, teamwork, and long-term growth
- Is looking for a practice that invests deeply in their development
This role is ideal for a dentist who feels they have strong fundamentals and is now asking:
“Where can I truly sharpen my skills, grow my confidence, and build a meaningful career?”
What Makes This Role Different
We don’t believe in throwing associates into survival mode. Instead, we take a co-creative approach to your career—working with you to design both your clinical growth and your professional direction.
You will receive:
- Hands-on clinical mentorship tailored to your goals (endo, extractions, clear aligners, implants, and more)
- Exposure to business, leadership, and practice management, if desired
- A well-trained, reliable assistant team and an admin team that schedules intentionally
- A screened, organized schedule designed to support quality dentistry—not burnout
- A culture that is drama-free, supportive, and genuinely collaborative
Our goal is simple: to help you become the best dentist possible—in skill, confidence, leadership, and fulfillment.
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation: $150,000–$350,000
- 401K with matching
- $2,000/year CE allowance
- Mentorship in clinical, business, and personal development
- A long-term opportunity with a practice that values relationships and growth
Is This the Right Fit for You?
If you’re a dentist who wants:
- More than production pressure
- More than “figure it out on your own” dentistry
- More than a short-term associate role
…and instead wants real support, intentional training, and the freedom to build a personalized professional path, we would love to hear your story.
If this environment excites you, we look forward to meeting you.
