What You’ll Do
- Greet patients with warmth and hospitality as soon as they walk in
- Offer amenities like refreshments, blankets, or new patient tours
- Support patients with paperwork, insurance details, and check-in
- Monitor and fill schedule gaps proactively
- Maintain a clean, polished environment (snack bar, lobby, bathrooms, etc.)
- Assist with posting payments, reviewing balances, and uploading paperwork
- Use tools like CareStack, Slack, and texting platforms to stay organized and connected
- Be a team cheerleader—help set the tone in morning meetings and throughout the day
- Friendly, upbeat personality and natural people skills
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk (dental/medical a plus but not required)
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask gracefully
- Confidence using technology and learning new systems
- A “how can I help?” attitude
- Reliable, coachable, and excited to grow in a supportive team
- $18–22 per hour, depending on experience
