Customer Service Representative - Warehousing and Logistics - Clayton

Salary Range:$20.71 - $24.73 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday

• SUMMARY:
  
  

The customer care service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.

• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work directly with the internal team of Customer Care, Inventory Control, and Operations to best allocate workload. Data entry, monitoring phone and email, workspace organization, and filing
• Support order planning and processing from creation to delivery.
• Review order shipping combinations, securing appointments for delivery, securing carriers based on shipping schedule, allocation and pricing
• Perform general clerical support duties such as photocopying, filing, e-filing and file maintenance
• Work independently to complete all assigned tasks within timely guidelines.
• Responsible for large amounts of communication between customers; internal and external

• KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
• Must have a great work ethic which includes acute attention to detail, problem solving skills and a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to successfully interact with all levels within the organization
• Proven problem-solving capability using root cause analyses
• Working knowledge of windows-based software; example – Office Suite
• Working knowledge of Web based applications; example – online ordering
• Flexible schedule is a must
• MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL or TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong computer aptitude and demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office
