Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, maintain, and break down assigned workstation in accordance with performance standards.
- Prepare food items and meals by accurately following recipes, instructions, and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and cared for.
- Comply with all state and local health and food safety regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall kitchen operations.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a culinary or food service role.
- Knowledge of basic culinary fundamentals and familiarity with all line positions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed.
- Resume must include recent work history relevant to the position.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical activities such as walking, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, stretching, twisting, and reaching.
- Capable of pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable performing continuous repetitive motions.
- Must be able to work in environments that may be hot, humid, and noisy.
