We are expanding into your area! We are looking for motivated, organized and detail orientated contractors to visit their local courthouse on a schedule to gather data. The data you gather will be transcribed into the Excel spreadsheets we will provide.
This is a part-time, long term Independent Contractor Position.
Compensation will vary, depending on the volume and degree of difficulty in acquiring the data.
Experience is preferred, but it’s not mandatory and we will train you if necessary.

- Strong Communication abilities
- Research skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of real estate or probate processes is a plus but not required
- You will need a laptop or other portable computer. Most courthouses allow the use of these electronic devices. Otherwise, data must be transcribed to paper and entered into Excel via another computer.
- You are well-organized and pay close attention to detail.
- You are an accurate typist and will focus on accurate data entry.
- Willing to travel to local courthouse Monthly, ( or weekly/daily as needed)
- You seek a long-term relationship that can grow in income and responsibility as we expand.
- You are ready to invest the time to learn the skills required to provide excellent results.
- You are reliable, motivated to succeed, and can get started immediately.

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
