Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for building relationships with advanced selling techniques (e.g., Miller Heiman, TAS, Spin Selling, etc.)
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets
- Conducts territory reviews and provides accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's capabilities, including market trends and competitive landscape
- Defines long-term and short-term sales strategy for the region.
- Achieves satisfactory profit margin(s) with each account.
- Works closely with engineering and program management office to execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance visibility and drive market expansion.
- Maintain accurate and timely records, sales forecasts and account activity reports including pipeline progress in the CRM system.
- Coordinates closely with BD specialists for collaborated handoffs
- Travel as needed
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
- 8 years sales experience in the medical device industry
- Proven experience in growing key customer business year over year.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines as established by internal / external customers
- Experience in solution selling
- Proven record of developing deep customer relationships and seen as a value contributor by customers.
- Ability to effectively present information to senior management, intercompany groups and most importantly to any individual or group representing our customer.
