Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual English/Spanish Human Resources Manager to lead our Client's HR department and support their organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of employment and labor laws, talent acquisition, and employee relations. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning capabilities, and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions including performance management, training and development, benefits administration, and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage talent acquisition processes including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with FMLA and workers' compensation regulations.
- Lead performance management initiatives to evaluate employee performance and facilitate growth.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing conflicts and promoting open communication.
- Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on HR sourcing, organization design, and program management.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, Paychex, or ADP for effective human capital management.
- Conduct data analysis for informed decision-making regarding workforce planning and budgeting.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on succession planning and strategic initiatives.
Experience
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is strongly preferred
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent management and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, and conflict management practices.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, change management, and process improvement within an HR context.
- Experience with various HR software systems including Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Kronos, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with data collection methods and analysis to drive HR strategy decisions.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
