Job Title: Personal Trainer - ATL Fitness 24/7 Norcross
ATL Fitness 24/7 Norcross is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Personal Trainer. If you have a passion for fitness, exceptional training skills, and a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives, then we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
- Conducting high-energy boxing/kickboxing classes for members of varying fitness levels.
- Providing personalized and effective one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Assisting members in setting and achieving their fitness goals through customized workout plans.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the gym, including equipment and training areas.
- Actively participating in sales and promoting membership options to potential clients.
Requirements:
- Very strong sales ability OR the desire to learn and a OPEN MIND!
- Strong knowledge of fitness principles and exercise techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and motivate clients.
- Ability to develop personalized workout plans tailored to individual goals and needs
- Proven experience in teaching boxing and/or kickboxing classes (preferred not required
- Sales-oriented mindset and the ability to promote and sell memberships.
