Full Charge Bookkeeper/Entry level financial Controller

We are looking for individuals that take pride in their work and are able to work in a fast-paced construction company environment.

Essential Duties

· Bookkeeping and Data Entry.

· Maintain Quickbooks Enterprise company file.

· Answering phones and email, directing calls and taking messages.

· Maintain an orderly filing system

· Accounts Payables and Receivables.

· Prepare checks, payments and bank deposits.

· Issue invoices and statements to customers.

· Reconcile bank accounts and vendor statements.

· Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested.

· Communicate in verbal and written form with clients, suppliers and vendors.

· Basic HR functions.

· Monitor office supply levels and re-order as needed.

· Maintain personnel files.

Required Skills:

· 3-5 years experience minimum in an bookkeeping role.

· Quickbooks experience is a must.

· Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

· Detailed oriented, highly organized and flexible.

· Ability to multitask.

· Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles/best practices.

· Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Salary wage based on level of experience
