We are seeking a Waste Management Technical Assistant Energy, to join our team in Idaho Falls, ID.
Your role
- Provides technical and administrative support to the Waste Management organization using standard office equipment, corporate systems, processes, policies and procedures.
- Performs accounting, financial duties, record keeping, technical research, and waste data tracking.
- Prepares purchase orders.
- Prepares invoices.
- Performs research of waste disposition options and vendors.
- Assists in the tracking and documentation of waste inventories and disposition.
- Enters and retrieves waste characterization data in various databases.
- Creates databases and spreadsheets as required.
- Assists management in the tracking and trending a various project metrics (safety, quality, training).
- Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- College or technical education desired.
- Technical work experience or education.
- Strong multitasking skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload.
- Must be a U.S. citizen in order to be considered.
