Expected compensation range is between $120,000 - $140,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in Birmingham, Alabama
Your Role
- Collects and organizes data from different sources, including structured and unstructured data.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to define reporting requirements.
- Develops ad hoc reports and dashboards in Power BI that are used to present data to decision makers.
- Automates existing reports and dashboards.
- Performs other such duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of analytics experience.
- Proficient in SQL, Power BI (DAX), and Python/R (preferred).

- Must be highly articulate and have a clear and analytical approach to problem solving.
