Expected compensation range is between $83k-$105k annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.

Our National Technology Practice is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Tallahassee, Florida. This will be a full-time, on-site position based at our client's'office and is not remote.
Your role
- Contributes to the entire software development life cycle from initial business requirements to deployment and production support.
- Creates process maps, diagrams and documentation.
- Prepares written and verbal deliverables and reports.
- Develops and follows test plans and matrices.
- Designs and implements test scenarios and cases.
- Presents analysis results as needed for management and client reviews.
- Prepares project schedule and budget analysis.
- Captures, analyzes, and documents business requirements.
- Provides production support of software products by investigating and re-creating reported defects.
- May perform such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.
- B.S. degree in an engineering discipline, Computer Science, Economics, Business, Law, Information Technology or Communications with a minimum of four (4) years relevant experience preferred
- Some exposure to industry standards such as ASQ, APQC, ISO, Six Sigma, SEI, PMI, or IIBA.
- Good technical writing, analytical and communications skills essential, including ability to present concepts verbally.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project is required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with the use of Microsoft Outlook or equivalent e-mail program is desired as well as the use of Internet and other information processing and storage techniques to support research of alternatives and the definition of designs and concepts.
