Lead Alarm System Technician

What You'll Do
- Install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain burglar alarm, fire alarm, access control, and video surveillance systems
- Program, test, and commission new and existing systems
- Diagnose and repair system issues efficiently
- Lead installations and service projects from start to finish
- Train and mentor less experienced technicians when needed
- Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
- Complete accurate service reports and documentation
- Provide professional, courteous customer service at every job site

What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience installing and servicing electronic security systems
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Burglar Alarm Systems
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Access Control Systems
- Video Surveillance (CCTV) Systems
- Experience programming and troubleshooting a variety of security system manufacturers
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Are you able to meet these Qualifications?
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- NICET, ESA, NFPA or manufacturer certifications are a plus
