Project Controls Specialist Energy

Job Description Overview We are seeking a Project Controls Specialist Energy, to join our team in Oak Ridge, TN. Your role Stops work without fear of reprisal for unsafe conditions potentially affecting personnel safety or environmental risk. Codes invoices with CostPoint Project ID and number. Works with Procurement to resolve invoice issues. Routes and tracks invoice progress and approval status. Responds to queries from CostPoint with PO number; line number; amount charged per job, sub job, and object code. Enters cost data and invoice approval status into the Project Controls Cost Accrual Database. Implements Earned Value Management System (EVMS). Conducts data searches and compiles information, as requested by Project Controls Manager, to support preparation of routine and special purpose reports. Assists the Contracts Manager with backup information for Change Orders and Proposals. Submits invoices to AtkinsRéalis. Isotek’s Accounts Payable point of contact. Supports the execution of Integrated Safety Management System (ISMS) guiding principles and core functions and the Isotek Safety Culture. Performs other duties as assigned. About you Associate of science degree. Minimum of 2-plus years of invoice process management or cost reporting experience. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong communication, verbal and written skills. Strong attention to detail.
