Store Location: 1150 West Street, South Amherst, MA 01002
Department: Maintenance
Job Status: Part Time (afternoon/evening shift)
Reports To: Department Manager, Upper management, Ownership
Grade/Level: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Work Schedule: up to 5 days a week. 3pm - 7:30pm At least one weekend shift is required
Amount of Travel Required: N/A
Positions Supervised: N/A

Certificates & Licenses: Valid Driver’s License, Power Jack Experience, Forklift Operator License

- Assist company employees with laborious tasks in order to meet needs of daily events
KEY JOB DUTIES (not exhaustive)
- Maintain regular and prompt attendance at worksite
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Keeping sales floor clean and organized
- Service, clean and supply restrooms
- Cleaning
- Mopping
- Sweeping
- Replenishing & maintaining sanitation stations
- Operating cardboard compactor (filling & emptying)
- Operating trash shoot
- Maintaining the compost area
- Washing windows & walls
- Collecting trash
- Dusting
- Shoveling/snow blowing, spreading sand/salt
- Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks
- Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas, using snowplows, snow blowers, and snow shovels, and spread snow melting chemicals
- Routine laundry duties
