Position Purpose
As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will report to Sr Manager, Supply Chain Production and be accountable for the accuracy and control of physical inventory for in process and finished goods product.

Position Purpose
As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will report to Sr Manager, Supply Chain Production and be accountable for the accuracy and control of physical inventory for in process and finished goods product.
Position Responsibilities Include
- Develop, implement, and maintain a cycle count program for in process and finished goods inventory
- Provide direct support for the physical scrap process and ensure the ERP system is updated accordingly
- Provide support for locating misplaced or missing production parts or test material
- Track slow moving inventory and provide analysis and reports to responsible departments
- Assist with troubleshooting ERP reporting issues
- Serve as Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert for annual physical inventory reconciliation process
- Provide support for the quality-related rework processes
- Lead or assist with various continuous improvement projects related to physical inventory
- Assist with process documentation and training for processes related to physical inventory
- Other tasks or projects as designated by their manager
- Bachelor's Degree and at least three (3) years of inventory management experience
- High School Diploma and at least five (5) years of inventory management experience
- Experience supporting supply chain / operations in a manufacturing environment
- APICS or CPIM/CPSM Certification
- Experience with cycle count programs or processes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, external customers, suppliers, and vendors.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Effective at identifying areas for continuous improvement and implementing lean concepts to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Proficient with ERP systems and MS Office Suite.
