Role Description
The Scheduling Coordinator, based on-site in Las Vegas, NV, will oversee the organization of installation and service schedules for the company. This full-time role involves coordinating with customers, service crews, and installers to ensure efficient operations, timely appointments, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing schedules, communicating with team members and clients, and addressing scheduling conflicts or changes in real-time.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle scheduling responsibilities efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and tools; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
