Role Description
We are hiring a Service Technician for a full-time on-site position in Lees Summit, MO. The Service Technician is responsible for conducting maintenance and repair of security, access control, and surveillance systems. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair tasks, including diagnosing and resolving equipment issues
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and problem-solving to identify and fix system malfunctions
- Experience with Field Service operations, including working on-site at customer locations
- Excellent Customer Service abilities with a focus on clear communication and client satisfaction
