Job Summary
The Vice President Sales (VP Sales) position at ATI will manage the daily responsibilities associated with the sales of ATI services across their assigned region. Key objectives of this position are to develop and execute sales strategies, plans and activities designed to meet and exceed ATI’s growth, volume and profitability objectives.
The VP Sales is also responsible for the direction and management of ATI's Business Development Managers across their assigned region, to ensure achievement of sales objectives. This position will work closely with other VP Sales, National Account Executives, and ATI Regional Managers for support and/or direction while building ATI sales.

This position manages Business Development Managers and is responsible for the performance, management and hiring of the employees within their assigned region.
Travel and Working Hours
Travel for this position is expected to be 50-60%. Must be available to work nights and weekends when requested to attend conventions, trade shows and other marketing related events.

- Direct regional sales activities to achieve continuous profitable sales growth by developing and managing to a regional sales plan. This includes management, training and recruitment
- Set and execute strategic goals, including a region-specific sales
- Increase leads by month, by ATI Office and region; increase market share YoY - measured
- Work with the Business Development Managers to obtain and follow up on sale leads and convey brand value and advantages to prospective clients.
- Focus on identifying and building relationships with local and regional market leaders, and large industry clients with the Business Development Managers.
- Regularly communicate regional sales activities and regional market activities to ATI senior management.
- Evaluate sales potential in the assigned region, assess the competition, pricing levels, and market trends.
- Ensure regional Business Development team is entering and maintaining accurate and timely data quality for customer contacts, activities and projects in Salesforce.

- Minimum of 10 years of sales and marketing experience in the restoration, construction or insurance industry with at least 5 years’ experience managing people.
- Demonstrated experience leading a regional sales team with proven results in driving revenue, profit, and market share growth through designing and executing effective sales plans.
