Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager Mitigation role based in Flemington, NJ. The Project Manager oversees restoration projects from initial assessment through completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling work, coordinating field crews and subcontractors, and managing resources, materials, and equipment. The Project Manager conducts site inspections, monitors quality and safety, and communicates regularly with customers, adjusters, and internal teams to provide updates, manage expectations, and resolve issues. The role also includes preparing estimates and project documentation, tracking costs and timelines, and supporting continuous improvement of project delivery processes.
Qualifications
- Strong project oversight skills, including Project Management and Inspection, to plan, monitor, and deliver multiple projects effectively.
- Experience with Expeditor and Expediting functions to accelerate approvals, materials, and services needed to keep projects on schedule.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management to coordinate crews, equipment, and supplies across multiple job sites.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and internal teams, both in writing and verbally.
- Experience in construction, restoration, or a related field, with knowledge of safety standards and quality control practices.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to adapt in fast-paced, changing environments.
- Proficiency with project management software and basic office applications; ability to learn company-specific systems.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to job sites as required.
