Position Summary
The Career Advisor supports student and graduate success through strategic leadership of career services initiatives, employer engagement, and individualized career coaching. This role plays a vital part in advancing ATI College’s mission and ensuring strong employment outcomes aligned with accreditation and licensure standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide career advising and job placement support for students and alumni in healthcare programs.
- Build and maintain partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare employers.
- Deliver résumé reviews, interview preparation, and job-search coaching.
- Organize employer events, workshops, and networking opportunities.
- Monitor placement outcomes and support accreditation and compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with faculty and leadership to align career services with program objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and experience in career services, advising, or workforce development (required).
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in higher education or healthcare/sonography fields preferred.
- Knowledge of credentialing and workforce requirements preferred.
Employment Conditions
- On-site position; occasional travel to employer or externship
