Position Description: Supports the Naval Technologies Division Vice President and provides leadership to advance the company's mission and objectives by establishing goals, strategies, and plans for the division, and ensuring efficient and effective execution for multi-organization research and development and technology transfer programs conducted for government and industry clients. Serve as business manager for large, complex programs or multiple programs. Develops new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients and partners. Responsible for meeting or exceeding client expectations while drivinggrowth through expanding relationships, securing new partners, and generating additional business opportunities. **This position offers a hybrid schedule (in-office & remote/work from home) or an onsite schedule and flexible hours. Qualifications PH.D and 2 years of experience or a Master's Degree and 6 years of experience or a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of relevant experience. Must have a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience. P&L management experience required. In depth knowledge of the US Navy and shipbuilding technology development ecosystem is required. In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, finance, DOW/Navy, OTAs, FAR/DFAR, and performance management principles is preferred. Extensive experience in developing, planning and implementing successful strategies. Experienced as a well-organized and self-directed individual who is a total team player. Ability to make effective presentations on complex topics. Sound decision-making and problem-solving required. Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills required. Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Must be able to travel as required. This position will need the ability to access US only data systems - US Citizenship is required and/or must be able to obtain and maintain a DOW security clearance (for certain projects/programs).
