Salary & Benefits
- Starting hourly rate of $20 - $25, based on experience.

- Answers, troubleshoots, and problem-solve incoming telephone, voicemail, e-mail, and occasional in-person requests for assistance from the firm’s existing clients, new or prospective clients, staff, and other entities.
- Ensures all client interactions and relationships are successful and that we provide and maintain exceptional client care and service.
- Informing prospects/clients of firm processes
- Timely and accurately schedule appointments when necessary.
- Responsible for schedule maintenance, conflict resolution, and appointment confirmation
- Clerical functions such as entering info into databases and spreadsheets, filing, faxing, scanning, copying, and mailing documents.
- Monitor incoming new and existing client accounts, transfers, and all processed paperwork.
- Assist the registered representatives with service aspects of all current clients. Duties in this area would include new account paperwork, setting up systematic distributions and contributions, processing one-time incoming and outgoing wire transfers, processing name and address changes, bank authorizations, etc.
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems.
- Perform general administration and support functions for the office as required.
- Comply with all industry rules and regulations.

- Excellent communication (oral and written) and client service skills.

- Multi-tasking ability
- Associates or Bachelors College degree preferred.
- Financial planning experience a plus.
- Prior administrative experience in a professional office environment is not required but is preferred.
- Microsoft Suite experience preferred
