Setting the tone for client experience, styling excellence, and brand energy. Being a mentors to other stylists, consistently exceed sales goals, and embody the ATHLETIFREAK lifestyle through appearance, confidence, and connection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a personalized, luxury styling experience to every client.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales and client retention goals.
- Lead by example on styling standards, product knowledge, and brand storytelling.
- Support floor leadership in coaching and feedback.
- Help maintain visual standards and product flow.
- Build lasting relationships with returning clients and VIP shoppers.
